Tanya Caines has a Master of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology from the New York University and Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from The City College of New York. For the past 11 years, Tanya has worked within the Department of Education servicing junior high and high school individuals with multiple disabilities, such as Down’s syndrome, Autism, Cerebal Palsy, etc. She currently works within the general education population with elementary school students with language delays. She has previously worked within the Early Intervention sector with children from birth to three providing speech services; with a specialization in behavioral feeding intervention. Tanya is also currently an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Diana Rogivin Davidow Speech Language and Hearing Clinic at Brooklyn College where, for the past 5 years, she has supervised graduate speech language pathology students; providing guidance and assisting with clinical paperwork.
